113 “Pro Procreation”

More of Todd and his bulge for you. Will Stu ever get to see whats down there?!

Stay tuned!

So, like unicorns and gay republicans, gays that wait till they’re dating is something I’ve only heard of, never seen. Granted, I surround myself with whores, prostitutes, and ex-catholics, so my opportunities to meet one are limited. I think I did that once in high school. For like, a day.

But let’s put on our imagination hats/wigs for a second and pretend that we really like a guy, and that perhaps we want his name next to that “In a relationship with…” status on Facebook. Do we wait to put out, or is that how we reel them in in the first place? Do you wear your chastity boxer briefs (from Aussiebum) until that faithful day, a full 24 hours after you’ve met him for the first time after talking for weeks on gay.com, and decide “Yes, this is the man that I want to show off at the bars. Please, take my gifts of the crotch.”

Or a week later? Or a month? Or till your (shudder) engayged?

What about this situation — no, don’t take your caps off yet — you’re really really really like a guy who’s really really really ugly. Then do you wait till you’re dating/drunk? Just sayin’.

Personally, it makes sense to me to have a little sex here and there before things get too serious, especially if you’re into monogamy. What if you guys have spent weeks getting to know each other mentally, start dating, get in bed, and you realize there’s no sex spark? Now you’re invested and torn. You cheat on him with a common whore, you split up, the kids are devastated, the dog starts biting people, and HE gets the china doll collection in the settlement. All because of your disgusting morals.

Jay slash kay, do what you want.

(Gaming P.S. — Does anyone play Guild Wars? I’m just starting the trial and I want more opinions on it.)

I play Guild Wars, what would you like to know?

  2. Stu

I dunno, is it good for starters? I mean, I could never get into WoW, but this one looks graphically better and a better single-player experience.

  3. Martin

I think it’s great, but you’d have to play it to make that decision yourself. It’s a very big step up from WoW graphically, but they’re two entirely different games. I don’t understand why they’re compared so often. The game is more about going through the story line than leveling, your character will only reach level 20. The only grind you’ll encounter is with some titles, which are just character achievements. You won’t be able to solo in this game, unless you’re farming. You’ll always have to be in a party, but it doesn’t have to be with people. The game provides AI controlled characters you can add to your party called henchmen, so you’re playing alone but with help from the game. In the Nightfall and Eye of the North campaigns you get heroes, which are the same idea as henchmen but you can customize their builds, armor and weapons.

That’s a few basics. I think it’s a great game, and at least worth a try. If you have any other questions I’d be happy to answer them.

Guild wars is a great game. I’ve been playing it on and off since the first one came out, and its still enjoyable. It does kind of bother me that the level cap is 20, but they say that they’re going to raise it when guild wars 2 comes out.
I definitely always liked how it can be both single and multiplayer. I tend to play it mostly by myself if im just dicking around and leveling, but for major missions, i tend to get into a party. There’s a good amount more strategy than in WoW, mainly because instead of the access to every single ability you have in WoW, you can only use up to eight.
In PVP, its also nice, because, seeing as how the game is structured with the classes and sub-class, there isn’t really any combination that will destroy everything; every combo has a weakness to something.
All in all, it’s a great game. Definitely recommended

Awesome, thanks for the opinions guys. I’ll probably end up getting it. Just what I need, ANOTHER thing to delay the comic.

  6. Tyler

Hahaha. Well, one of the nice things about the game is that, seeing as there’s no monthly fee, the only thing that compels you to play is your desire to play, so it should be too much of a time sap.

  7. Martin

Yes, that’s one of the great things about the game. No monthly fee, so you don’t feel obligated to play.

So, there’s no excuse for delayed comics.

I play Guild Wars too and it’s a fun game. I tend to group more in games like City of Heroes and Everquest 2 where there’s more people I know but Guild Wars is still a fun game. I’ve managed to pick up all the version of it so far.
