The more observant of you lovely readers might notice that this comic is the first of five, celebrating CHB’s 150th comic with a comic each day this week, starting today (Monday) and ending Friday. Taking a note from Apple’s book, we’re going to be poking fun at the fact that being gay is the hip, cool, and probably more expensive of the two main orientations. Sure, there might be more heteros out there, but they’re bloated with spamware. This analogy could continue forever, if I let it.
Can we all just agree that, in general, New Balance shoes look great with jogging shorts and NOTHING ELSE. Not jeans, slacks, khakis, or your mother’s wedding dress. PLEASE. STOP THE MADNESS.
Speaking of what to wear, Seattle now officially and fashionably supports gay sex. Word.
Being a gay male is much more expensive then being a gay female. As gay men we are expected to keep up with looking good and telling people (such as a lot of young adults today) that crocs are what NOT to wear. Gay women are mainly oriented for occasional spending at Home Depot for large projects and various facial piercings (which look pretty cool on some of them I might add.) As for heterosexual men and women, they aren’t as demanding as they used to be *shrugs*
Oh, and yay for the new comics each day this week!

well… I might seriously agree with your comic, but I must say that Bisexuality als one of the main orientations is these days. or at least, it is where I’m from… (Amsterdam)

Thanks Dutchster! I promise, I didn’t mean to discount bi-sexuality — especially since I believe most of us are a LITTLE bisexual inside. But around here, it’s really hard to find some people who identify as such…usually they use it as a “transitional” orientation, and then BAM! the next week they’re the gayest thing ever.
God I want to go to Amsterdam…
