When these two games finally release later this year (also known as “the end of seeing Clark, ever”) it will be a happy day indeed. I haven’t done too much research on FF XIV, but I am hoping it’s more like an actual game, and less like balancing a spreadsheet with pretty graphics.
So, originally I had a comic spin-off of “The Last Airbender” but the reviews are in and…..Well, it’s shit. Nary a single redeeming quality about the entire thing, apparently. Now, I haven’t seen it myself to support or deny these comments, but just to put things in perspective: The Rotten Tomatos score for “Sex and the City 2,” arguably one of the worse movies ever, was 13. “The Last Airbender” got an 8. AN EIGHT. HOW CAN YOU DO WORSE THEN SATC2?!? You have to try really really hard, so, congrats M.Night? It’s just such a shame. The cartoon really has a lot of potential for the big screen. Can we just get a do-over?
I’ll be going to see it tomorrow I think. There will be a review afterwards or on Sunday. I also plan on seeing Team America tomorrow night so I may just review that instead if TLA is truly that terrible.
Psyched for FFXIV, but I wish they’d let you make catboys. WoW I can’t abide by, but my boyfriend plays it, so whatever.
TLA is actually quite disappointing. The special effects are divine, but the only way I was able to sit through it was by imagining it as a completely different retelling of a historic myth, like the new Robin Hood film. I’m now rewatching the entire series just to remind myself how awesome Avatar actually is.
Ok here hopes SquareEnix does not screw with FF XIV that much like how “rubbish” FF XI was.
Aww I have such a HUGE crush on Clark… I’m definitely trying the “Sex on the Wii Fit” soon…. “as soon as I fix my Wii and find someone to do it” soon…. I have a Wii @ Work but something tells me that’ll be frowned upon by the company…

My exboyfriend played the beta of FFXIV and said it was basically FFXI with updated graphics. He quickly dismissed it and started preparing for Cataclysm.
Which one of the games is the gohnorrea? So I’ll know not to touch him for a while!
