It hasn’t been posted officially on the website for the California courts but information gathered from New York magazine makes it sound like the judge in charge of the trial has struck down Prop 8! The website can be found here. As of this posting, it hasn’t been uploaded yet however so I could be incorrect. I will update when there’s more info. At this point, it’s not set in stone but it’s an excellent step in the right direction. Cheers!
